آی سی SD5002N یک High-Speed DMOS Quad FET Analog Switch Arrays نوع dip می باشد.
این آی سی در واقع یک سوییچ آنالوگ چهار کاناله پرسرعت با تکنولوژی DMOS است که دارای زمان روشن شدن 1 نانو ثانیه می باشد. و در آن 4 عدد ماسفت فوق سریع استفاده گردیده است.

The SD5000 Series are monolithic arrays of four bidirectional, high performance analog switches manufactured with implanted high-speed, high-voltage and low resistance double-difused MOS (DMOS) process.
The maximum threshold of 2V permits simple TTL and CMOS driving in small signal applications.
